We are very impressed with your product. It has really simplified the creation of a sitemap. Unfortunately we have run into an issue that we are having trouble resolving. We changed a permalink for one of the pages on our site. The change has been reflected throughout wordpress but when you mouse over the link on the site map it still shows the URL from the old permalink. How can we refresh the permalinks on the sitemap after initial creation?

    Hi bsimanton.
Do you use a cache on your website ?
The sitemap automatically generate the new permalinks, so if it doesn’t works you might need to click on the “update” button on the page of your sitemap, to make sure the cache is reinitialized.

    Hope it helps.
    Sincerely,
    Tony

Tony, thank you so much for the quick turnaround. After your suggestion failed I kept searching and found out that the developers had put in a custom url string in the sitemap.php. The problem had nothing to do with your product, my apologizes. You have a great product and great customer support. Thank you.

    Hi,

Having issues with a new site –
    https://emersonhouseboise.com/sitemap/

It shows bullets but not text.
Text/links not invisible, just not there.

What I’ve tried so far –
created new page and re-added shortcode – nope
added exemption for page in caching plugin/purged – nope
turned off caching plugin – nope
de-activated WordPress SEO – nope (and the xml sitemaps were visible)

    Any insights greatly appreciated.
First time this has happened with your plugin.

    Thanks,
    Ken

    Hi Ken,
Thanks a lot for your messages.
The three links that seems to have this problem are the “privacy policy” , “terms of use” and “about” pages.
I’m wondering, have you used any kind of plugin or restriction for those pages ?

    Hope this may helps.
    Sincerely,
    Tony
