changes to php pages sin’t changing

So i recently added meta keywords and changed my title in my header.php page in my wordpress theme. i followed the forum thread’s instructions but it’s not recognizing the changes? didn i do something wrong? my site is https://www.notoriousapparel.net and the template is from leadcamp…any help would be awesome
