    We just found out that changes to products are not synced to Facebook. Our prices change frequently. We had a complaint that Facebook was showing a lower price than our website shows. It lead us to realize that syncing was not working properly.

    Changes to Sets also do not sync. We had to modify a few Set names that did not get synced to Facebook.

    Hi @midpath

    Thanks for sharing the issue you are seeing.

    Can you please navigate to Marketing > Facebook and enable logs please:

    And then try another sync.

    Once done, can you please attempt another sync.

    Please then navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and select the Facebook logs from the dropdown on the right, and provide a copy of those logs.

    This will help us understand what information is being communicated between WooCommerce and Facebook.

    Hello, thanks for responding. The log is quite big so here is the link:

    I observed really strange behavior since yesterday. I did a sync after I reported the issue, that time the Sale Price was populated with Price instead. After turning on logging and performed a sync, now the Sale Price was populated with Sale Price. But I have not checked all the products.

    Changes to Sets are still not synced.
