changes to slides are not taken into account and display problem

Thanks for using MetaSlider. Four questions for you to help debug this:

• Was the slideshow working before or has it never worked?
• Does it help if you change the theme?
• Does it help if you try adding it to a different page?
• Do other slideshows work?

I changed the theme using the twenty fifteen WP, tried on another page… the problem is still there.
I’ve this problem with all the slides I’ve created.
I just started using Metaslider.

On my phone (Android system) when clicking the images, the scroll cursor eventually disappear

@aureliebcd please temporarily disable the “lazy loading” feature on this site.

Where is it ?

@aureliebcd That is difficult to tell from outside, but is likely to be in a compression / optimization plugin such as Litespeed, or in your theme.

On our side, we can tell that lazy loading is active, and may be impacting the slideshow.

I have a french version… but I finally found… lazy load was well put on off

I also use plugin “Smush” and there “lazy load” as on…
I disable it and on pc it works well, on phone too but the scroll cursor still disappear.

Great ! The slides are displayed correctly both on the pc and on the phone since lazy loading is disabled… So should I leave it like that?

On the other hand, on the phone (Android) the scrolling cursors (arrows) always disappear as you click on the images.

@aureliebcd Yes please with lazy loading, unless you can disable it on specific pages.

With the Android problem, can you be more specific when it comes to the browser and device?

It’s a Samsung Galaxy, Chrome browser. When you click on the image, it enlarges, by clicking on the right arrow, the second appears, etc., what happens is that the navigation arrow disappears progressively, to disappear completely and this, on the right as on the left.
I tried with Mozilla and there, no problem everything works perfectly.

Hi @aureliebcd. Sorry, I don’t have easy access to test on a Galaxy with Chrome. Do you see this on any desktop browsers?
