Changes to the theme are not saved

    Hi.Reporting trouble from Japan.

    I can’t change any value in “Menu themes”.
    What I tried were

    1.Delete brows cache with browser
    2.disabled all other plugins
    3.delete Max mega menu
    4.Checked css file in “wp-content/uploads/”,but It was not changed at all.
    5.Change theme to twenty-twenty

    When I click save button in “Menu Themes”,it reacts for a moment, but then it reverts back to normal and nothing is changed.

    What else should I try?

    Hi Malibu,

    Please can you make a video showing the problem and upload it somewhere so I can see? Youtube maybe? Make sure all other plugins are disabled.

    Thanks reply Tom!

    There was an error log on the server side WAF.
    I didn’t notice that it takes a while for the WAF to take effect after I turn it off.
