Changes were not saved due to an error

Anyone knows what the problem might be and how to solve it?

I just want to change the labels of certain fields but this seems to be impossible due to this error mentioned above. (in the past it worked all fine…)

@themehigh, Can you do your best to share the solution? You went out of your way to contact the user privately, which isn’t cool because that doesn’t benefit the community.

@anevins, we have not personally contacted the customer in resolving the issue. The customer has open this query in the forum as well as have contacted us through email. Before our support team could attend to the query in the forum, the user might have got the issue resolved through email and the topic marked as resolved by user itself.

We mostly provides solutions directly in the forum itself.

Regarding, the concerned issue, it may occur when the customer clicks ‘Save changes’ button without making any modifications or might be due to some site specific reasons such as theme or plugin conflict etc. In such scenario, we troubleshoot the issue directly in the customer’s site and the solution mostly specific to that site.
