“Changes you made may not be saved.” since 4.8

  • Basically what happens is that i update a post on the visual editor. And when i’m going to close the tab it says “Changes you made may not be saved.”
    So i click Update again.
    And when i try to close it, again it pops up: “Changes you made may not be saved.”

    Can’t get rid of it. This happens since 4.8.

    Enable debugging as it may provide a more detailed error message. Try disabling your plugins, the easiest way is to rename the /plugins folder. Test with a default theme, such as twenty seventeen. This should help you narrow down if this is caused by a plugin or theme.
