• Hello Folks,

I am now getting the non-existent changeset UUID error and have been combing through the forums for a solution. That URL above matches the URL set in the hosting company as well. I do not have a cache plugin and only the plugins that come with the theme I am working on. Is there anything else I can do to get this site to render as it has done for the past couple months? Thanks in advance

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • A changeset is a post where the Customizer saves a set of options. It can be used as a preview for those options, external to the Customizer. The UUID is the unique identifier of that post.

If you look in the source of your page, it looks like that is what is being attempted. There is a script for communicating to the Customizer endpoint about preview-0.
It also says that the page was optimized by KingComposer Page Builder, whatever that is or does (not sure if that is affecting it).

I would first try it without the KingComposer. But I’m not sure how to get out of the clutches of the Customizer if you didn’t even intend to be in it.

Thank you for the reply! I deactivated the king composer plugin and it loaded. It’s odd that it was that being the issue. It’s a plugin that makes building the pages very customizable.
