Changin the "from email" when notifications are sent to users

Hello,
I have been testing the contact form and it works great except for one thing I have not figured out how to change. When the user sends us an email, they get a confirmation email from “[email protected].”
How can I remove the “wordpress” part in the confirmation email and change it to anything I want.
In other words change “[email protected]” to “[email protected]?”Thank you,
