Hi riyazmuhammad,
Thank you for reaching out with your question, and I’m sure it’s a useful one for others as well.
The email that gets sent by Benchmark Email copy can be changed inside the Benchmark Email UI https://ui.benchmarkemail.com You can either change the default settings for your account, or set-up a Signup Form with customized messages and select that Signup Form in your WordPress widget settings (instead of selecting a List, select the Signup Form you created).
The copy on your website “A verification email has been sent.” can be changed in one of two ways. The easiest way is to use a multi lingual translation plugin such as WPML or the WordPress.com recommended one Polylang.
The second option, assuming your site is set to the desired language in General Settings, is to add a language pack file to the plugin’s /languages/ folder on your web server or provide the translations for us to include as an official language pack for the plugin, which we put into that folder upon updating.
Making the translation file yourself requires utilizing a PO/MO file generating application such as the plugin Loco Translate or a desktop application called POEdit. There is also a recently added GUI inside www.ads-software.com you can try using, after logging in, select the Development Version of the plugin here https://translate.www.ads-software.com/locale/ar/default/wp-plugins/benchmark-email-lite
It would be nice to see how that translations community is going and if it can bypass dealing with POT, MO, PO files the old fashioned way!
There’s a lot of complexity with translations, but WordPress excels in this area by offering all sorts of tools and by bringing Worlds together. Let me know what you decide and if you get stuck on any of this.
