Changing admin email associated with license

I have a genuine and urgent need to change the admin email address associated with websites that I have developed. I need to be able to change the email address that receives notifications, as the original one will be deemed not acceptable. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t do the trick, for obvious reasons, but is there another procedure for obtaining a new free license for a particular domain?
