changing admin options not changing anything in the site

  • Recent theme update has changed the look and feel of it altogether.

    But the problem is when I update some options in the Evolve Admin setting and save it, the change is not reflected in the original website. I have turned off caching plugin. I have used CTRL + R to reload the page again and again, but could see any change in the looks of the site.

    Please help me as the site is broken now.
