Potential NextGen refugee here, I have a lot of galleries and would like them all to use Simple Portfolio and have a larger than standard thumb size, 480 x 640.

I like doing it this way because people have different devices they view on and this display seems to adapt well, e.g. if they can’t click/enlarge they can still see the image at a decent size.

Is there a way to change all galleries to this setting at once? Including via PHPMyAdmin?

Also, the Importer only does a page of 10 at a time and I have 20-odd pages, would be nice to be able to truly Select All and let it run in one tab while I do other things.

I realise that Foo is using built-in WP stuff and there are likely limitations, this is what I’m noticing as I begin to work with it.

Would also be nice to have some kind of image of what the gallery view options will look like, even a simple line drawing like Nextgen uses.

Thank you for the escape hatch.

Call this one resolved, found that setting in the template which is good enough since I’ll never change it again.

    Thank you.

Also a tip for migrating from NextGen with the Importer.

Import one gallery first, then Edit it to use whatever lightbox you prefer, test by inserting in a post to make sure it’s what you want.

Then import the rest and they will inherit that setting. Otherwise they will all be set to Responsive.

At one point, while importing, I tried a different kind of lightbox and all those imported during that time were set to that.
