• We somewhat recently switched to using this plugin. On my old plugin, we were able to edit the customer-side error messages. Is there a way for us to do that with this plugin?

    We would like to include more descriptive descriptions of the error. Especially for AVS Rejections which happens A LOT from users not entering the right billing zip. Any help is appreciated!

    Any updates on this? We’re still having issues where messages are not clear enough for customers and would like to be able to clarify things better.

    Sorry for the late reply. Can you please elaborate on this? What exactly do the users see currently for AVS rejections?

    The big one is for “AVS Rejected” which I want to add clarification to for users. I see a lot of those where they don’t know what to do next.
