Changing background & menu bar colours, box lines, social media links

  • Hi there, first time using this and only know the basics of maintaining website but could anyone help guide me with the following?
    1.I’m looking to change background colours, i.e. change menu bar to different colour along the top, highlighting same colour when scrolling down sub menu.
    2. How do I enhance the lines for the booking & enquiry boxes – both are very faint
    3. How to create a link on webpages for social media sites

  • 1. You will need to edit either your theme’s options or directly the stylesheet. Are you admin? Then you may check in the admin area, under “appearance”.

    3. You can add a widget for example. If you just want to make a link, use the text widget. If you want to have something more sophisticated, check for plugins which will provide other widgets. Widget are configured in the “Appearance” area, too.
