Changing banner text

  • Hello,

    I would like to change banner text: “THIS WEBSITE USES COOKIES”. I tried to replace this text with different one in plugin editor (I found 3 places and put text in my language) but nothing changes.

    How can I edit this text and where?
    I will be grateful for help.
