Changing blog links under Google search? HELP!

Hello everyone. I realize this may not be specifically related to the plugin, but can anyone help with this?
How do I change the posts that come up under my website when searched on Google? it currently displays two posts from two months ago, instead of the two most recent ones. How can I change this?
