Changing Blog Post Title Colors in Outreach Pro

I am taking over on a client’s website project after our developer left, and I do not know much about CSS at all. I am trying to change the color of my blog post titles, just the blog post titles (in the blog roll, so they are links) but I don’t want to change the link css everywhere else on the site, just on the blog page.

I have been scouring the forums and none of the coding suggestions others have given has worked.

I am using the Genesis Parent Theme with the Outreach Pro child theme. Currently, the post titles are black, and the hover color is green #6ab347 and I just need them to be green all the time.

Since it is a client’s site, it is not a link I can share as the site is not live yet.
