changing blog posts H1 doesn’t work

Did you mean you would like to change the Page/Post Title font size? You need to do it from the Customizer > Blog > Single Post. Refer to this screenshot, please.

I think @roro111 means there is no H1 title on the Astra blog page.

Settings > Reading > Select static page > Post page: Blog
