Changing boolean login on Multi-Select fields

    I am creating a search directory of org members.
    In the search functionality, I am using a multi-select field to differentiate members depending on criteria. But, as a result, I am getting a collection of all the members who have either one or the other criteria. What I need is to use the multi-select field to find members who have BOTH criteria, not one or the other.
    EX: Each member has criteria A,B,C,D,E. I want to use Multi-Select to find members who have both criteria B and C, but what I am getting is everyone who has B or C.

    Thoughts?

    Are there any UM fields that would serve that purpose? Being able to search for members that share a criteria rather than compiling a list of those that have either/or?

    You couldd research the UM code and hooks and try to modify them for your needs. Sorry, but customizations are not included in our support.
