Changing code necessary?

  • I uploaded Thesis to my new blog via QuickInstall from HostGator. Do I have to now change some of the code to design my blog, or should I be able to make page design changes from the Administration screen in WordPress without changing some code? If I have to change code, would directions on how to do that be found in WordPress?
