changing color of ONE header

I checked the page you are referring to in the topic, however I am not sure which section title you are mentioning about and how it is relevant to Forminator as this form seems to be created with WP Forms.

The following CSS should help with changing the color of the heading that you have mentioned.

.forminator-ui #section-8 .forminator-title {
    color: red !important;
}
