Changing color scheme to light texts on dark background?

    Folks;
    just discovered this theme which, so far, seems the one closest to what I want my wordpress blog to look like. Only one question, so far, left open: Is there an easy way to setting Emphaino to a color scheme with dark (black, grey) backgrounds and light (green, green/gray) text colors? I am a bit hesitant trying to manually change all the relevant colors using custom CSS by now… ??
