Changing colors

  • Hi,
    I’m about to write a child theme to ‘Reizend’ just for changing the colors. Just changing everything green to another color.
    I had no problem with the backgrounds, widget titles in the sidebars, post and page titles, date and author link and the leave a comment symbol and text.

    What I can’t get ist the site title, the main menu hover and the date and author symbols (i class=”fa fa-clock-o”, i class=”fa fa-user”).
    Can you give me a hint?

    Btw, changing the colors in the admin panel (Design > Customize) doesn’t work.

  • I’m no expert so using that as a qualifier. I’m working on tweaking this theme for my needs too and to get to the main.css file I had to go into the files for this theme on my server. wp-content/themes/reizend/css/skins/main.css
