Changing Colors

    Having downloaded 2 themes from so-called WP sites and each having bad code (base_64 in one, sql_inj in the other), I decided I will ONLY get themes right here.

    I found the perfect theme — but — the color is orange. I need pink. What is the procedure for asking permission to change color? Do I need it? Or do I have free reign to make this change?
