Changing color/tweaks

I am using flexiquote and was curious how I edit the colors. I would like to have a white background and make the quotes and font a dark gray or black. Or maybe have the ” ” in light gray and the actual quote/author in black. Any way to adjust this?
If not, I think I need recommendations on a different quote wideget/plug-in
