Changing colums size

Hi,
I would like to chang the colums size of the Olsen-Light theme (I create a child theme from it), in order to make the text space bigger and the sidebar space narrower (e.g.800 px for the text are and 200px for the sidebar area).
Is there any way to do this changing the style.cs? I didn’t find any topic about this.
