    Hi,

    If you are using the free version listed on this directory then you can add/remove fields into the file “cpabc_scheduler.inc.php” (some coding may be required for adding fields).

    If you are using some of the commercial versions then enable the visual form builder to visually add/remove fields from the settings area. For more info about the commercial versions please post the message at https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support
