Changing content width in Premium version

    Hi, i purchased your premium version of this theme, i cant find support page for premium version so im posting here. in lite version i managed to change content and side bar width by changing its percentage in style.css. In premium version i thought there would be option to increase content width, is there a option that im missing or i have to do the same like lite version?

    also is it possible to hide header 2 advertisement for mobile device

    Few more issues- like its told in this page https://mhthemes.com/support/how-to-configure-mh-magazine-like-demo/#demo-1 i placed widgets but my main page appearance wont change.

    and
    header bar content top left – navigation not working, only news ticker works.
    header bar content top right – social icons not showing up, only date shows.

    I forgot to add this on my 1st post. i have “wide” layout option enabled but no changes happened to site.

    for all the above issues i tried these trouble shootings but no help:
    1. disabled all plugins, and i dont have any cache plugin installed.
    2. deleted all themes even mh lite theme, now only mh premium theme is in my wpress.
    3. my host godaddy dosnt have server side cache for my account to clean
