Changing custom fonts on Kale Pro

Hello,

I’m having difficulty figuring out how to change the custom fonts for Kale Pro. Can someone please explain what each of the elements under “custom fonts” corresponds to on the Kale Pro theme? Here’s what I’m trying to change on my website specifically:

I want to make my blog post titles and post headings larger. What under custom fonts do I change to make that happen? Currently, my post headings are H2, but nothing happens when I change H2 to a larger font.

I’d also like to make the “jump to recipe” and “print page” links smaller. What do I change under custom fonts to do this?

Also, I’d like to make my menu bar fonts larger (Home, About Us, Recipes by Cuisine, etc.). What do I change under custom fonts?

I’d like to make the date and categories menu fonts larger. What do I change under custom fonts to make this happen?

My post body font line spacing runs together. Is there any way to change that?
