Changing date of ‘published’ posts

Click on the published date to change it:

Don’t forget to click “update” when done.

If you’re using a caching/optimization plugin, be sure to clear the cache afterwards.

Thanks, but this is what I’ve been doing, and it really will not take. After changing the date, and I click ‘update’ it just goes back to the old date.

How do I clear the cache afterwards?

I use just LiteSpeed Cache (updated).

If it’s any help, I’m using Brizy for blog posts and pages.

Disable lightspeed cache and see if that helps. And, I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/brizy/#new-post so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
