Changing default post view – Atahualpa theme

This might sound very basic, but I am new to wordpress ??
Here is the site that I am running for a friend:

it forwards to
https://www.fitinfive.ca/wordpress/Any new posts that I add appear in a summary type view, I have to click the read more link to see the full post. The idea behind this blog is that youtube videos are embedded to supplement the posts, so I want them visible right from the main page.
So I guess in summary, I want the default view to look like this:
