Changing default theme

  • Hello

    very new to this – but Front-End Users seems to do exactly what I want it to do except that when it displays against the default template for my site the text is illegible. How can I change the background etc so as to make it all legible?

    Also… is there a shortcode I can use for embedding the profile on a normal page?
