changing domain name Parse error:(Please Help)

Ok so my website was built on an IP address on my wordpress site i couldn’t change the URL to the new site because it was grey’ed out. I saw an article where to change the WP site url & WP_home Url to what you want all i simple did was erase the IP and type in my official domain name and now i get this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘WP_HOME’’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘,’ or ‘)’ in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/mixmantreblesite/public/wp-config.php on line 24

here is what the wp_config looks like for those two sections

define(‘WP_SITEURL’, https://mixmantreble.com/;
define(‘WP_HOME’, https://mixmantreble.com/);

please let me know what if anything that i did wrong i really need to get this fixed!
