changing drop-down menu

Do you still need any help with this? I noticed you’ve already made a bunch of tweaks to the menu in your custom CSS. Is there anything else you’d still like to do, or are you all set?

Out of curiosity, is it possible to make the drop down menu only as wide as the widest item (similar to what you can do to cells in Excel)?

You can tweak specific submenu widths with CSS, but I’m not sure you can make them adjust automatically to the longest element contained within.

It’s been an intensive learning curve for me over the past two days–I ended up reading through some CSS and htmal tutorials, and also learned that I could use the Inspect Element tool to look at specific CSS for an area of the site. So I ended up mashing together some code which helped me resolve the changes I wanted to make to the site, hopefully in a way that will work well on all screens, and not just mine ?? Don’t know if the code is elegant but it seems to work at least!
