Changing email subject to administrator/CR

Is there any way to change the Email Subject when you submit the form? It currently shows as ‘Salesforce WP to Lead Submission’.

Is there a way to use the ‘Form Name’ for the subject? Or perhaps a separate, customizable field for the subject line?
