Changing email subscription email footer

I’ve noticed that when one subscribes to a WordPress Blog that the email doesn’t display Galleries in the post and possibly some other content.

I’d expect that given that email doesn’t know what it is.

Is there any way to include in the email updates that re sent something like:
“This post may contain content such as Photo Galleries etc that are not displayed in the email. Please visit the site to see all content.” so that this text is only displayed in the email?
