Hi Marron,
If you want your users to upgrade, you’ll need to do a few things. First, I’m assuming that you have the following in place already:
– You configured fees to have a free plan and at least one paid one. (Your directory isn’t operating in free mode right now)
– The listings were placed on a free plan
– The free plan has an expiration date
If those are true, then when the free listing expires, the user can choose to upgrade to the paid plan only when the expiration period begins (this is configured under Directory Admin->Manage Options, Listing tab).
If you want to forcefully change their fee plan, that’s a bit different. You can edit the fee plan under Directory->Directory, and then edit their listing. To the upper right, you’ll see some info about their fee plan. Edit it there.
