Changing font color in Minimatica theme

Hello, I am trying to change the color of the font for this page, https://www.shirleylawsonphotography.com; I am a novice and basically learning as I go and for this particular site want the background to be darker, which is possible but the text does not have an option for changing the color..

Can anyone help… I have not learned any coding til now and everything I have done is basically self taught.
