Changing font size in sidebar in Arjuna X

  • Hi

    I’ve set up a three-column theme in Arjuna X with the left sidebar 140px.

    I’ve Categories and Recent Posts widgets in there at the moment but the font size seems a little large.

    Can anyone please tell me where to look to change the font size for those bits?

    I’m not terribly techy and do more by and (mis)error!
