Changing Font style at the confirmation mails

    Hi guys,
    How can I customize the font at the confirmation emails. Currently, these are displayed in Times New Roman. Unfurtunately I couldn’t find any answer in FAQ.

  • Hi, have you enabled the following Enable using HTML in confirmation email message. If you have then you can use HTML and CSS.

    thanks for your reply with the advice. Yes, I did enable “using html in confirmation email-message”. Now, I did simply assign the body tag to the font-family in the confirmation Email-settings and it works! Perfect!

    @taketwo, I have not tested this feature myself. However I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to add your own font style if you know HTML and CSS. Give it a try and report back.
