    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can help. I am currently designing my website by using the “Local Business” template. I note under this specific forum template, there has not been alot of recent posts regarding this template.

So thought I would ask more of a general question….

As you can see from my website: https://www.realhitradio.uk I have various different font types around the site. How can I change these, so they are all the same, or if I wanted to change some of them?

Also, would be looking to change some of the font colours also. How can this be done?

I did look online at previous subjects like this, which involved going to the style.css section.

Is there an easier way of changing font type and colour, as I am very novice at this, so any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
    Russ

Hi Russ, this kind of thing must be done via CSS only.

We need to install one of these Custom CSS plugin
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search.php?q=custom+css

and then for the code to use, it requires specific as to what section needs changes to what font family, with what color, and what font size.

Hi. Thanks for your help. So if i install this custom css plugin, is it quite easy to locate the specific text on my website that needs the fonts changing?

    Thanks

At first look you probably won’t see an easy way to change the text color. This is because, for some reason, the developers of WordPress decided to hide this feature. Here is how to get to it.
In your WordPress dashboard go to the Posts section and click on the post you want to edit.
Once you are on the post editor screen click the Toolbar Toggle button just about .
This will bring up some extra options in the toolbar above your post. One of these options is a Text color drop-down box.

Changing your text size follows a process similar to the one we used to change the text color. This one is a little more complicated though. Here is how to do it:
In your WordPress dashboard go to the “Posts” section and click on the post you want to edit.
Once you are on the post editor screen click the Toolbar Toggle button just about your post.
In addition to changing text size and color, when you click the “Toggle toolbar” button you will see some other new features. These include useful things like underlined text and indentations, so keep the Toggle toolbar button in mind in case you need to use these features in the future.
you install WordPress plugin this is easy way .
