Changing front page from Blog to CMS

  • I’ve just installed i education theme and want the front page to be static. I’ve followed instructions on changing from Blog to a CMS site but I lose my frontage sideshow. I’ve just changed over from Joomla. Apologies in advance if posted already.

  • It is usually can be set in Admin Dashboard/Settings/readings/choose static page, front page and post page.

    Been there and there is no choice for selecting the front page (my home page with the slide show). It’s as though you can select any other page but my original home page.
