• I have been using this plugin for a while now. Somewhere in the first half of this year, the owners eliminated functionality. The changes are not mentioned in the change log. Pre-generated codes were always perfectly sold. But all of a sudden, not anymore. It is mandatory to select a generator with pre-generated codes. But for my user case, that’s not an option.

    After finding out about this issue, I received a message that it would be fixed. It’s been a few months now, and I still get the message that it will be fixed. However, because of the time that has already passed, I am losing confidence in this. Therefore, 2 stars for taking a very long time to resolve the issue and changing functionality without checking in with users. There are more people using this functionality, I expect.

    Update 11-10-2023:
    After the escalation of the issue, the problem was fixed very soon. Everything works as described again now. Did some testing, everything seems okay now. You can now manually generate codes and sell the codes. Perfectly solved. Before this matter, I was pleased about this plugin, so enough reasons for me to restore to the original 5 stars. Hope to be using this plugin for a long time!!

    Thank you for your response. I just checked the new version, and everything seems to work as expected! Thanks!!

    I understand your plead in the evolution of code etc. Of course everyone wants their product to be better. But in my case, one of the options that is even on your option list was drastically changed. Serials generated by the plugin were sold perfectly, until a hidden change. And therefore manual generated codes were not sold anymore. A function that is even mentioned on the feature list. And changing or even stopping functionality is something dangerous in my opinion, customers rely on that.

    But all this in mind: it’s fixed now and glad it is. My next event is coming up, and now it seems that I don’t have to manually generate codes in a different application to be sols, but just use the build in generator, which works perfectly now. And the testing in selling is going perfectly too. So I am happy.
