Changing google analytics from web and mobile to web only

I’m actually doing this on two websites. One won’t let me delete the account (“permission denied”) and the other won’t let me recreate the account (same message). It’s for me to use MonsterInsights. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!
So you know my level – I’m not experienced with coding, I just research online and figure this out as I go (but I’ve been making sites for over 10 years, just design-based or copy/pasting code).
