Changing header hyperlink in Big brother theme.

Hello. I am using the Big Brother theme. When I click on the header it goes to the blog page which is the default action. So how can I change that hyperlink? I read some articles and I tried modifying functions.php , I also tried modifying header.php but with no success. So how can I change this hyperlink???
