Changing header image in Twenty Eleven

  • Just starting out with WordPress, but I’ve run across a problem with the twenty eleven theme that I can’t figure out how to solve. On the ‘custom header’ page in the dashboard, I can’t save any changes I make. At first I thought this was just a problem with uploading, but the same applies to changing from random to a specific image, or turning off display text. If I click the “upload”, “remove header image”, or the “save changes” button, I am taken back to the “Manage Themes” page without any changes being saved.

    If anyone has an idea of what could be causing this problem, I’d very much appreciate the advice.

    Problem is still persisting after the updates to WordPress and Twenty Eleven. Any ideas, anyone?

    can you please tell me if you are using a standard hosting or if its windows hosting ?
    as some time permissions could be a problem

    This is on windows hosting. So you think permissions is probably the problem?
