Changing Header text color / Mimbo Theme

Hi – this seems like it should be easy, but I’ve been stuck trying to find where to modify the text color on Mimbo theme page tabs

I’m trying to make the color of the page links white – when not selected. They’re located under the header photos, (Home, About, Contact.)

I’ve used the CSSViewer Firefox plugin but just can’t seem to get it.

Also – somewhat related: I’d like to place the line “Travel, Colorado, Culture,” on the same line opposite the page links, (as a white text,) but when I try and insert it I end up completely screwing up the header. Currently that line is right below the header.
