Changing Height of slider keeping it responsive

I’ve added the slider using php code to appear on the front page of my website.
It is fine. But it is defaulting to a specific aspect ratio so the bottom of my images are being cut off and it does not fill the div.Is there a way to change the height of the slider so it fills my div and still stays responsive?
