Changing how the (more…) link reads, e.g. Read More…?

  • Hi,

    On my weblog I have a more link inserted on the majority of my posts. At the moment it reads ‘(more…), I would like it to read something like ‘Read More’. How can this be achieved. Thanks in advance.
